"I had been camping near the river in the field with my good friends while at yoga seminar. Everyone who was participating in the seminar was swimming naked. On the last day of our stay I went to the river with one of my best friends. We were both very excited and full of energy, and I felt we had a special connection at that moment."

Go: If you're driving the 100km from Moscow, make sure to get down to Serpuhov to see the white Kremlin and the Vysotsky Monastery.
Stay: No need to book accomodations, pitching a tent on the Nara River is the preffered stay. The river banks are wide and private, perfect for a few days out of the city.
Eat: Try olivie, the traditional Russian salad made with potatoes, boiled eggs, pickles, carrots and sour cream. Add pelmeni, Russian dumplings, to our order for a truly hearty meal.
Drink: Vodka.
